All notable VISA and MasterCard merchant service banks and key payments alliances are in place. The entire program is managed for you by top payments professionals within the MSPA Group working on a commission only basis as an independent 1099 contractor earning what we produce, reporting to you while managing your program.

Companies partaking in the opportunity retain complete financial control at all times. This includes compensating the MSPA Group for its sales and support role. Commissions paid are based on the agreed upon Revenue Share Percentage (“RSP”) of the Total Net Revenue (“TNR”) generated by your merchant’s monthly processing activities. All commissions are automated and reported online with a Dashboard system provided to you.

The MSPA Group sales role includes merchant pre-qualifications, presentations, proposals, billing statement analyses, price quoting and negotiations, business model write-ups and the completion and online submittal of the required merchant registration documents.

The MSPA Group operations role includes oversight of merchant underwriting approvals, new accounts onboarding and day-to-day merchant support by telephone. All incoming calls can either be routed from your phone system to the MSPA Group, or you can have the MSPA Group provide a dedicated phone line.

The under-pinning foundation of this entire private-label program is centered around a robust merchant-facing online payments Dashboard that is branded in the name of your company. It is extremely advanced, providing a rich abundance of features and functionalities.

  • You retain all system SUPER ADMIN rights granting 2nd tier access rights and privileges to the MSPA Group.
  • There are various billing model types to choose from and special campaign promotions that can be run (e.g., no monthly fees for any card-swipe merchants).
  • All new account applications are accessible online, completed and tied to DocuSign for electronic signatures.
  • All completed and submitted applications are visible either as new, pending, approved, declined or cancelled.
  • A wide range of portfolio statistics are available having many graphs and tables that can be reviewed 24/7.
  • A current status of all accounts on the system are presented as either live, approved, inactive or closed.
  • All past and present merchant transactions are accessible for viewing such as authorizations, batches, and merchant deposits.
  • The support ticketing system allows each participating company to view all written case number interactions ensuring company brand protection.
  • All commission monies earned throughout each month are calculated, reported and displayed.
